I do want to say that I do not endorse breaking the Law, the rules etc, I was simply curious as to what the reality actually is. Interesting example you used; driving a tank or brengun carrier down a public road, (that is and has been hashed to death here on MLU before) but does show the grey areas that our hobby can fall into at times.
