Well that one tickled me giblets
  another good aussie saying. Ofcourse we all know what vegimite is and this story is true! Many years ago, my elder brother got up early one sunday morning and left his wife sleeping. A while later he woke her up and asked if she would like some breakfast in bed. She thought for a minute and said, I don't feel like toast, but I do feel like something nice with vegimite on it. My brother went to the kitchen and quickly returned with his "Tossle" covered in vegimite and a rather large smile. He never told me if she ate her breakfast but never asked for the same combination again. That I know of. "True story" Colin. Last edited by colin jones; 07-09-11 at 10:49.
