Let's hope it finds a good home....I hate seeing this sort of excellent restoration move from one dealer to another....

Me too. . . and after the huge mark-up at you still get to negotiate for the cam net

Maybe we should break our piggy banks and save it from further speculation?

Re-advertised on MilWeb, plus back on eBay. First auction was commanding a Starting bid of £10,500.00, second time has a starting bid of £8,600.00. And one still has to haggle for the camouflage net - it must be dear to him

Hope it goes to a really good home this time!

H.

It all seems rather sad really. When I sold the truck I thought I'd found a good home for her, I went out of my way to impress the purchaser that it was not for the faint hearted in terms of road speed, handling and comfort, I guess you either love early CMP's or hate them.
I agree Hanno lets hope she finds a good home this time round. I too ponder the true value of that cam net

A friend of mine was interested to buy that truck, sent two emails but no reply. So I rang him and he said he was just a middle man offering the truck for his friend. Second call and I was put through to the owner, said he was having some people coming over to see it. I did not have an impression he was keen enough to sell. Anyway if anyone knows of similar truck for sale, please let me know.
