Never thought of the Redeye! That certainly dates the trailer: Redeye was in service for a relatively short time, and has been out of service for many years. QA: the Artillery sub-unit marking info states the 'Q' prefix is for Quartermaster (ie supply) sub-units, with the following letter/numeral being the designator for this vehicle, so pretty much what you said.
