Carrier use during the Korean War

I am looking for information and photographs of any Universal Type Carriers used during the Korean War by any forces. I had a history teacher who was former US Army Signal Corp during the Korean War. He was attached to a British element, and remembers them using alot of carriers.

What countries used them?
What did they use them for (signal, artillery tractors, etc.)?
