Dean, check with the CWM, I was just there about a month ago and they had one on display in the WW1 exibit I believe. Maybe similar?

little known but Canada was a leader in artificial limb and face part replacements.. gruesome fact but shot and shrapnel took out a lot of noses, cheeks, chins, jaws, ears...
Canada in what seems to be another first, also now is using a very sophisticated 3d virtual system connected to a 6-axis treadmill-platform to help rehabilitate CF leg foot amputees from Afghanistan nasty business war, but alas, sometimes there is just no choice when it is forced upon you
