Phil,
The black out light has a hood on it and a tiny slit lense - if you take the hood off, the glass falls out leaving a reflector & bulb. I have been right over the vacumn lines on the wipers and cant make them work - The lines are in good condition with no obvious leaks, cracks or damage. I have not opened the actual wiper motors yet - that's for next days off. Some times when I turn the ignition off as the motor dies the wipers give a pathetic 1/4 wipe and stop!
