Even the empty tube is illegal to have in this state now (Victoria, Australia)and probably is so across the whole country. It doesn't matter that a length of steel tube would be far more lethal in a fight.
A few years back a fellow was caught with an empty Laws tube when police raided his home on a tip-off. The song and dance in the media would lead you to believe that they had saved the world. David
