This has been up before....... probably good parts from the frame down but for $4500 way too expensive for a rolling chassis.

I saw that ad last night. Looks like a much modified HUP (at least the cab) and the owner admits to frame damage without showing photo of the rear half of the frame. I would want to know (much) more before paying his asking....

I would say it is a C8A chassis as well - re the 6 stud wheels. It was a HUW judging from the cab divider still present. The wood wheel and individual round instruments dates it as a 1943 or later.

If anyone ( Rob Clarke ?? ) goes to check it out would they please take a picture of the data plate or at least record the info from it. Thanks.

.....axles, tranny , T case, bellhousing. rims, possible good frame... I would consider $300..... and get 150 for the reamining scrap value.....

The problem is $200 to bring it home.......

Well that converted C15-A that was used in the movie "Still Seas" is for sale
They had it running by attaching an external fuel tank.
It has all the gauges in the cab ect..good as a project or for parts ( I guess)
If anyone is interested send me an email at northman@rogers.com
and I will forward photos and contact info...too much work for me to buy this!

There are some photos of this truck on another thread about this truck being crushed,,it didn't happen

Two appears to have RCEME rebuild data tags and are early flatheads (37-41)

Appears to me to be the middle flathead (42-48) and has Made in Canada
on the heads, 21 stud $1500

Depends on price.... rims look good.... power train...frame.... inner rear axle shafts...special HUP front end.... possibly good sheet metal nose....

Minus.....door hinges...fenders bobbed.....no running boards... how much was done to frame for "expanded box" ...... seats??? dog house??? original rad????

Claims to have run recently...... not to far to recover.....

...at the vary least a good parts donor....

....and Chris has not even looked at it yet ?????

Officially a CMP POW can.... ( Petrol-Oil-Water ). $50 is about the going price if condition is good.

Not a bad price if someone from the Kinsgston area can pick it up with no shipping cost.

Near Ottawa.... really clapped out HUP...... at $1500 it is a bit steep for what parts are left..... but then beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

looks clean..ive had a few of the 60-62 chevs..they are a nice truck to own and work on..i have a 60 gmc 930 thats waiting for my attention in the yard here..but its a factory 283..not that common in a Canadian truck.
