The other tyre type which I think must be a later type & was extensively used on Mk 2 was marked "RF EXTRA REINFORCED". Tyre types should not be mixed on the same axle. If there are REINFORCED tyres they should be fitted to the rear axle. BTW on a Mk 1 your fronts should be 25psi & rear 40psi. Kicking the tyres is no guide to pressure. I have driven on 0psi, although the steering was a bit peculiar
