Yes, there are only RH studs for the rims to join together.

Just to add some confusion, I believe the hubs on the guns were opposite that of the vehicles (rh on left side and lh on right side) to accommodate the fact that the guns are towed backwards. Not that it makes a great deal of difference, as all those elongated holes on rims that I've dealt with over the years will testify.

Edited to add: I just confirmed this in my 105mm howitzer manual where it indicates that the left thread studs go on the right side. I can see no reason why they would not do this with a 25 pdr and other guns as well.
