Hello Mike,
The two GMH plates are on it, i will take some more pics of the rear tub when i pick the truck up, and will post them up then. from memory the tyres would be 7.50x16 or there abouts. Do we have any pics of them in service? Regards Justin.

Yes I have some AWM pics of them in service in the Middle East .... Maybe we can assist each other with restoring help..mine is a 1940 ... but basically similar to yours . Look for rust in the chassis , if its been sitting for many years it may be beyond repair . If the wheels are 16" , its a 1/2 ton chassis , but the nomeclature here was 15 cwt . Some of the cabs had a brass windscreen frame that opened out The cab roof has had a ding

Ding on the roof was probably caused by underage drivers, as I see there is a child's saftey latch on the drivers door...
