Where in the Great White North are you located? What is the CFR?
I bought the shop manuals from Alex Blair here on the forum, but he has since sold the masters and other copies to someone else.

CDN 3 manuals
There is a very good repair manual for the CDN2 with supplements for the CDN3 as well as the Operator's handbook for CDN2 with a CDN3 supplement. As far as parts books there is a very comprehensive master parts book covering the M38, M38A1 with update for the CDN2 and CDN3. I stock all of these manuals. PM me for details.
