The wheels appear to be standard CMP 16" wheels as fitted to the 15cwt Fords and Chevs. The 15cwt CMPs also only had a single speed transfer.
The L shaped brackets appear to be fuel tank brackets, but are not CMP, perhaps something much later like M135??
