Garnishing nets
I have a copy of Military Training Pamphlet No 46 Camouflage Part 1. It has a description of the various options for nets and screens.
It has good details on how to garnish a net with hessian strips. It includes the colours of the strips, and edge details, where the garnishing is thinned out so it doesn't cast a shadow at the edge.
