It's only a guess, but ...

I think you need to find the manifold for the Canadian Dodge 236 cu in engine.

A manifold from a D15 / T222 or D60 / T110 series should be the same as they were all 25" long blocks and all 236 cu in capacity.

Not 100% sure though.
