Divided by a common language
To an Italian, a Blitz is a make of chainsaw ....
To a Pom, it means the Germans are dropping LOTS of bombs... To many Australians (of the non-MV collecting variety), it means even more nasty little coppers hiding behind bushes carrying 'hair dryers'. I have to admit having to learn quite a few different terms/meanings since moving to the USA. No more filling the gas bottle for the Barbie .... now I get the Propane Tank filled for the Grill. The list goes on! Mike C
