The biggest
visual difference is that the three sets of bogies on each side are further apart from each other than on the rest of the regular M4 series of tanks. You could always ignore that in this case, or cut the hulls to extend to M4A4 dimensions... how good are your scratchbuilding skills?
On the other hand you could pretend this is an 'A2 and make it BOMB...
