Hi Phil
Thank you for your infromation. Could you tell me one more thing. I read on this forum that chevrolet cmp for example (C15 cab 11) didn"t have serial number on the frame, is it possible? regars Adrian.

Yes often no frame serial numbers
Hi Adrian
Yes, it is true that often the serial numbers on the frame are missing or have not survived even light rust or disappeared under layers of paint They either were not very deeply stamped or they just didn't get done. I have looked very carefully on my 3 CMPs and have not found them. Two of them had there data plates which gave the numbers. One of them didn't have data plates and that one caused some problems when I went to register it. Cheers Phil
