Very nice job indeed!

Siemon is doing a great restoration on this Carrier. He has an old stock overhauled engine waiting to be dropped in. I think he will be driving around in it somewhere next year.

Looking great... What are they lathing ? Surely not turning down the rivets ? Interesting to see them set on the inside rather than the outside, did they have many issues with rivets shearing (smooshing / setting off centre) I would imagine it would be difficult to get the head set square given the track guard being in the way.

Can Siemon get us some close ups of both sides of the finished rivets ?

Your project is going to be complete in no time at all ! When your done you can pop over the pond and finish mine too

Excellent craftsmanship!
That's what I like to see and is the difference between a professional restoration and an amateur one.
All too many restorations have little attention to detail and are more of a representation or preservation than actually restored to factory quality.
Keep up the fantastic work!

Siemon is in need of drawings and dimensions for the rear mudguards - see picture. Who can help?

Also needed are dimensions for the rear light housing without towing attachment.

Please post your input here for all to enjoy and use.

Thanks!
Hanno
