The part number works out to a Nato stock number (NSN) 2940-00-529-2737. That NSN gives a lot of interchange. Hopefully this link works out:
http://www.dlis.dla.mil/webflis/pub/...2737&newpage=1 If I cross reference one of the numbers from that list, I get a NAPA NGF 1080. This will translate into a WIX 51080. You can also likely get away with the standard 1010 oil filter used on all the fords, although it is slightly larger dimensionally but has a better micron rating.
