Try Treadwell Carbs.
They rebuilt my original that included the governor, and ran it in on a test bed V-8. Cost US$ 85.00 to rebuild. unimpressive website, but the work is fantastic! http://www.carbsandkits.com/tc/treadwell.html

Carbs
Hi Ritchie,
I have been running SOLEX AAPI twin chokes on Flathead V8 lorries for years . Wally Wheatley of Nordian in the distant past said they were the best with a bit more preformance and better consumption. Might still have one about, in fact Andy jsut had his rebuilt byt the Carb Dr for about £ 130 Let me know Andy
