other side finally done, this time i did it alone. Wasn't as hard as i thought second time around
on too the steering and alignment and driveshaft now

Wow incredible work, I have always wanted a M5, maybe someday I will track one down, but to many toys to do at the moment.

The grass always isn't greener on the other side, yours is probably easier and cheaper in the long run to restore, but when it gets to the states, if you ever want to come down and drive it, you are invited...

End of April i fired the engine for the first time. All went well with some small issues.

May 24 weekend I pulled her out of the shop for some sun. Been over 3 years since she saw any. Still not under her own power but wanted to set the steering straight






Then onto getting it ready to run. I wanted to have her driving under her own power for the 70th ann of D Day June 6th. Well all went well. Here is the video made Friday June 6th. Wife did the video and shes not very tech savvy.

Modified the original oil bath filter system for a paper one





Floors almost done





Dash almost done, short of a voltmeter and one more dash plaque



And the hood sections done, wow they were a pain
