Me too. I like to start at the beginning and finish at the end. To do it any other way is akin to reading the back page of a novel first.

As a self admitted addict of this place, when I log in I click on the "new posts" and it gives me all the new posts over the entire forum since my last visit.

Makes for a much simpler visit
