OMG Rob! That was the company I was trying to remember: Richardson Road Machinery Company Limited from Saskatoon! Brilliant!

That company was still around in the 1980's and a friend of mine paid them a visit. Met an old chap who took him on a tour of where the Limbers were built and they discovered a box of NOS canvas mud flaps in a corner of the building along with a barrel of long dried out No. 2 Brown Paint. The mud flaps were also No. 2 Brown padded canvas style with a steel bar weight at the bottom.
