Ford Cab 11/12 binnacle

Just adding a photo of a spare binnacle that I have and wondering which model it came from - no gearshift plate - no holes for missing plate either. Also no plate on the side as my F8 had. How many different versions were there? For logo is missing.
For sale by the way if someone wants it.
