I was lucky enough to purchase this a couple of weeks ago. Initially I wanted the speedo as it is the same as that used in a Jeep. I had a closer look and the whole thing appears to be NOS with the speedo having a printed date of 1944. I then did a little research and found this thread so I identified it as being for a Ford Blitz. The puzzling question I have is that the underside of the dash is painted a Stone Brown colour. Were some blitz's painted brown from factory?.
