Hi David,
You're probably right! My first LAAT body came from a bus company and had been converted to a recovery vehicle. I thought these had been added by the bus company. Then the second body arrived with the same bolts, too much of a coincidence. What doesn't make sense is that the bolt and wing nut would cause the gunner sitting at the back a serious injury if they braked suddenly. James
