Remember this well Keith when restoring my jeep years ago and my eldest Ben (now 30) was about the same age. I used to line the back of the jeep tub with a quilt to protect him from the edges and plonk him in there with a selection of spanners. Kept him amused for ages. The quilt also protected the tub from his spanner action.

Warning to others who think this a clever idea.

Beware of babies who throw spanners over the side of a jeep when you are working on the back axle!
