Hello All,

I have just seen on Discovery Channel that the Onassis yacht “Christina” was rebuild and re-named as the “Christina O”

The "Christina” had begun life in 1943 as the Canadian River Class Frigate, HMCS Stormont (K327). Onassis purchased her in 1948 for just $34,000 and converted her during the early 1950’s into a private yacht, at the cost of more than $4 million.

For the sharpe-eyed ones, you would have noticed a CMP on the dock just behind Mr. Onassis (two shots in fact).

Fascinating, it can be enjoyed for a daily rate of $45000. What about a MLU cruise?
