Default Found Name of the Jack I have

Hi Rob

Took me awhile to find the company that made my Floor Jack because it was made for NAPA and they now longer carry it. But after some looking I think it was actual is a HeinWerner Automotive Jack. The closest thing to it visually and dimensionally is Model HW93642 which is a two ton. But they also have a 3 Ton version Model HW93652

This one matches the dimensions of what I have, doesn't take up a lot of floor space and has done the job for me for more than 10 years.

Even with the 3 ton rated you will be picking the truck up a corner at a time and if you try and pickup the right rear to put a jack stand out under end of the axle you have to position the jack under the pumpkin and the jack tries to lift the entire tail of the vehicle (my 2 ton version is not happy doing this) but strangely if you pick up the left rear first and put that on a jack stand it is happy to pick up the right side.

Still hoping to hear/see what other people are using.

Cheers Phil

Just checked these are sold in Canada
