Have you considered Rhode Island Wiring http://www.riwire.com/ ?
Under their "Supplies" heading look for "GM Connector". Nearly $10 Cdn but they look quite similar to the connectors found on some Chev CMP harness near the transfer case crossmember. I haven't used these connectors - only going by appearance.

Default Correct connectors...

Rhodes Islands supplier is the source used by Phil Waterman when he recreated our wiring harnesses which are super well done.
