Default 7.50-20 tyres: look they are free!

This allows the driver, who is legally responsible for the vehicle on the road, to use non-approved tyres commensurate with the vehicle age; and indeed you can privately "import" such stuff for personal use. I see some people are circumventing the law by selling tubes and flaps at a huge price but you get a free tyre with them. . . . . . . . . . .
Rex Ward had a container load of 7.50-20 GMC truck tyres made in China, apparently they are selling well in the UK. Note they are FREE with the purchase of a tube and flap!

I know the Jimmy is more abundant than the CMP, but surely the same sort of deal must be possible on a load of 9.00-16 tyres?
