buttonhead fittings

So I cleaned the grease off a bunch of fittings and note that some are stamped 1/8 pipe and LINCOLN so they are not British, do they fit T16 or are they close enough to match the thread on a UC

- the second fitting appears to be one quarter inch anybody know what military applications apply-
