My truck was made by Chrysler Corporation Canada Limited. I have the exact same plate as you posted with the ignition not being water proof.
As well data plate has it as Vehicle Model D3/4 WP/APT GS1. Order # for truck is S/M 6423 . I am the third owner since it was sold from the military so am not sure which department of military it belonged to prior to sale. Eric
