Ian West in our group is probably one of the most knowledgeable person's having owned and operated one for many years. His was found in a barn or similar in basically unissued condition. It still seems to spend a lot of time off the road and engine access is worse than on the Humber version.
Most is standard Morris items but some of the transmission/axles are unique to the vehicle. Quite why production continued until 1945 amazes me and they did not see much use when compared to the Humber. |
