IS it all welded together or is it a crate for storing track sections.....

A friend spotted it at CFB Borden, and yes it's a brazier/ BBQ.

I was hoping that he had stumbled on a local artisan that was discovering a use for a big pile of track - no such luck.

My guess is that it was made in one of the base workshops.
