Based only on the Gross Weight tag I suspect this was a GS when delivered. Wireless (2K1 body style), KL (if on Chev as well as Ford) and Water were 10600 or more GVW. GS FFW was listed as lighter than 10000.
GS and Battery Charging are listed as having Gross Weight very close to 10000 pounds.
