Further to this post, are vendors expected to:
1) pack up prior to the AGM? or 2) pack up after the AGM? Is the meeting to be held in the same hall where the swap meet is being conducted or elsewhere, eg meeting room at the Legion? If packing up after the meeting is the option and/or leaving the hall unattended, will security be provided for all the tables that are left unattended during the meeting?
