Default They were all ...

236.6 cu in straight six flathead engines, 25" long at the head to block joint. They were known variously as 236 or 237 (because of the 0.6 cu in)

Your friends truck is a D60, T110L engineering code, but a D15 T222 code engine should have the same gasket. I'm not aware of any American gasket that will swop in directly, not even from a later American 25"long block - but it might.
