Dave, you got any footage of her first steps ?

Also what paint dos you use ? Code etc ?

I, too, am for doing it at the sprocket. I normally work alone, and if I am feeling lazy, don't remove the track tension ether. A bar at the sprockets will work the track over until I can get the M113 track jack to engage. The impact gun does the rest. Just did one a couple days ago without issue.

To each his own though, taking into consideration the limitations of the individuals tooling and experience.

Amen to that. To trust a track with your fingers is to give your fingers to the track. Track does not warn or forgive.

Footage will come soon when I get the front end complete. As for the paint I had some made local with a sample I had.
