Wayne,
There is no need to use anti-seize compound once you have cleaned and repainted the hub and drum. The three tapped holes in the drum are very helpfull when removing the drum from the hub in the future so I would check if the thread is still o.k. and when not, enlarge to 1/2" UNF. Marco
