Once you get the liners back in the engine block, before you put the cam bearings in, I can heartily recommend pulling the Welsh plugs out of the block and having the thing hot tanked. As you have changed the liners you will be able to clean all the silt out of the water jackets, but hot tanking makes a massive difference.
I had mine hot tanked, and the engine ran cool even in 30 degree heat (until we sat in traffic for long periods anyway) Good luck with it all, I am envious of you.

wiering diagram
Hi
I am part of the team that works on this Bren Carrier MK2, we are looking for wiring diagram and parts assembly. Do any of you know about a supplier or a person who sells or would like to donate a copy of a book with all info to our museum? I have seen a copy of a thick book of the universal bren carrier MK2 (but not for sale :-( . Regards Israel
