Or I've been workin' with the line crew, All the live long day, I've been layin' lots o' cable, Just to pass the time o' day, Can't you hear the Sgt. yelling, Burr Head climb that pole, Can't you hear the Sgt. ye-elling; The strand chair is your goal.. Etc (to Dina) OR (12 days of...) On the first day of MilCon the CO gave to me, A warning that I shouldn't get drunk... On the second day of MilCon, the CO gave to me, Two line trucks and a warning that I shouldn't get drunk, Three reels of cable and a warning that I shouldn't get drunk, Four crook sticks.... Five! kegs! of beer!, and a warning that I shouldn't get drunk, Six Warrants wishing... Seven Looies leaping... Eight Captains cringing.... With nine Generals Gawking... Over ten switch board operators... Eleven Linemen drooling... Twelve charge reports for... .... AND A WARNING THAT I SHOULDN'T GET DRUNK! Well Jon, that's some of my carols at this time of year!
