In reference to the picture Terry posted up, I recall there being a directive that when we transported troops in these trucks, the sides of the tarps were to be rolled up due to issues of exhaust being drawn into the cargo area. I don't remember what the fix was, but it was likely the Chev 5/4T...
I'll have to search through my shoeboxes of photos and see what I have of these Dodges. I do recall that the fit and finish in the cab were not great and the dash padding would come loose. Typical of stuff from that era.
