HI Rick, good to see you're still in the game.
According to Vanderveen's book this one of two 1/4 ton 4x4 Extra Light vehicles built by Chevrolet during 1943. They had Indian 83A 2 cylinder engines of 20.5 bhp and 3F1Rx2 transmission. WB was 64" in, weight 1062 lb. Independent suspension. Top of cowl 38-3/4" in high. Central steering. The image in Bart's book appears to be a sketch rather than a photo.
