"Sign" ID?

Hi

The reigning thought is that it's part of the crate for a Cooker Triplex or all the writing means:

Number 14 on yellow disc, Bridge Classification for a vehicle.
J2, Tac sign Jig 2, the second Signals vehicle of a sub unit, (possibly line laying). (also possibly Tp SM)
JA73, two thirds of the vehicle registration.
The incomplete words below JA73 could be places they have fought through along their route to where ever it is now.
Indistinct numbers on the far right unit code.

Still not likely vehicle related; my reason for posting here on MLU.
