Creeping hand brake ... Best wishes finding a manual such as UC-F2. Bruce H. can chime in any time. UC-F1 under section G-4 may assist you with the creeping hand brake. Once again, operative words such as imperative, must, and necessary appear ... Measurement at rear of 2.90, on front outside bell cranks in correct hole of 2.14, use of accurate gauge blocks, tracks off, cold drums, shoes hard on, and all adjustments with lock nuts functional.
