Hi Austin, very nice to see one of these T110 Dodges for restoration. It's an Australian Army delivery, the type was also used by the British.
If you carefully rub back the blue paint on the front cowl you will hopefully reveal it's Australian Army number, normally painted on each side. Then you can look up some details in the online AWM 126 series which will possibly tell you when it was disposed of. I have new old stock driver handbooks for these if you need one. Just send me a PM.
