My mark 4 manual was issued in May '41...
Just out of Curiosity what page was that Churchill reference on in your mark 4 manual..?

The Workshop manual I have here is a Vauxhall publication and their ref. number is on the bottom of the inside title page, TS.155 and dated October 1941. The heading on this page reads;
TANK, INFANTRY, MARK IV
(CHURCHILL)
